20 Seasons On The Water
Since 2007, the Ozark Mountain Team Trail (OMTT) has brought competitive team bass fishing to the premier lakes in the Ozarks. What started with a simple goal — to build a tournament trail designed by fishermen, for fishermen — has grown into the region's top team tournament circuit.
OMTT was built around a few principles that remain the same today: great fisheries, strong competition, outstanding payouts, and tournaments that put the anglers first. For over 20 seasons, OMTT has continued to raise the bar with exceptional paybacks, valuable prizes, 100% payback Championships, AOY winners, and a chance to ultimately qualify for the Bassmaster Classic.
But OMTT has always been about more than trophies and prize money. It's about the anglers, their families, our sponsors, and the friendships built through competition on the water.
20 seasons later, the mission remains the same: put anglers first and provide the best team tournament experience in the Ozarks.
The Format
OMTT is a team format — two anglers per boat, at every event.
Entry: $320 per team (includes $20 big-bass side pot). Membership: $50 per year per angler — includes a Bass Times subscription.
Regular events fish spring through summer at Lake of the Ozarks, Bull Shoals, Table Rock, and Grand Lake. Year-End Championship — location announced each season.
Angler-of-the-Year points accumulate across regular events. AOY winner: $2,000 cash + incentives. Fish 3 of 4 events to qualify for the Championship — fish all 4 and your team qualifies automatically. Top qualifiers get a shot at the Bassmaster Classic via the Bassmaster Team Championship.
