How the $50 Deposit Works

A $50 deposit may be paid up until 9:00 PM the Wednesday before the tournament, and it reserves your team's boat number. As long as the deposit is paid by that deadline, the remaining entry balance may be paid at registration or the morning of the tournament by cash or check without a late fee — or pay the remainder online with the “Already Paid Deposit” option below.

Which Events?

Pick any combination — fish 3 of 4 and finish inside the top 100 in AOY points to qualify for the Championship. Fish all 4 and your team auto-qualifies.

Deposits may be paid up until 9pm CT the Wednesday before each event. With the deposit paid by that deadline, the remaining balance may be paid at registration or tournament morning by cash or check — no late fee — or online via “Already Paid Deposit.” Boat numbers are assigned by the date & time your entry is received. OMTT collects boat and tow-vehicle information for both anglers, since teams may alternate whose boat they fish out of between tournaments. If your partner may run their boat at any event this season, fill this in.

Liability Release & Signatures

LIABILITY RELEASE: In signing this application, I hereby waive and release the boats, agents, other contestants, any sponsors, all tournament officials, Ozark Mountain Team Trail, and DBPF Productions, LLC, from all charges, claims, demands, cost or expenses relating to injury I may sustain or which I may cause by reason of participation in all OMTT tournaments. I agree that OMTT will have exclusive rights to take photographs, video, motion pictures or audio recording to use such material in a lawful manner. I also agree to abide by the OMTT Tournament Directors' decisions and agree there is no right to appeal his or her decisions.

LIABILITY BOAT INSURANCE: In signing this application, I verify that I have boating liability insurance in the amount of $100,000 and I have listed my insurance provider above. By my signature, I have read and understand the rules and agreements provided by OMTT and DBPF Productions, LLC.

(i) I hereby waive my rights of privacy or publicity with regard to the programs of the tournament in which I appear and consent to B.A.S.S., LLC's (and its parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, and those acting under their permission or upon their authority), copyrighting, distributing, televising, publishing and using in any way the audio and visual portions of any television videotape, film and photographs pictures of me or of interviews, scenes or other sequences in which I may be included, and any reproduction thereof, anywhere at any time through any medium or media for advertising, promotion, trade, television programming or other lawful purpose whatsoever; and I shall not be entitled to receive any royalties or other compensation in connection with such use.

(ii) I acknowledge and agree that B.A.S.S., LLC (and its parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, and those acting under their permission or upon their authority) shall have the right to use my personal information to contact me with communications and other advertisements, and may provide such information to any sponsor of B.A.S.S., LLC or its parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, which sponsor may contact me with communications and other advertisements.
